Shipping Policy – The Scatter Box

Processing & Shipping:

• Processing Time: Orders ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Delivery: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking & Issues:

• Tracking: A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for updates.

• Damaged or Lost Items: Inspect your package upon arrival. Save all packaging if items arrive damaged and contact us immediately with photos. All packages require an unbroken, continuous opening video to report and verify any missing or damaged items/issues. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
