As a collector, I take immense pride in packing your items securely to ensure they arrive in the exact condition expected. However, once a package leaves our hands, transit conditions are unfortunately out of our control. Please review our shipping and damage policies below:
Damage Claims & Unboxing Video Requirement
- To protect both the buyer and the seller, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video for any inquiries regarding damaged items.
- Your video must start with the package still fully sealed, clearly showing the shipping label and the exterior condition of the box.
- The video must capture the entire opening process and the condition of the item(s) inside.
- Please note: We cannot process damage claims, offer replacements, or issue refunds without this video evidence.
Additional Shipping Insurance
We highly recommend adding extra protection for rare or high-value items. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance for your package, you must contact us before placing your order. We will gladly arrange the extra coverage and adjust your shipping total accordingly prior to checkout.
